Heidi Gerhard

Heidi Gerhard has been working in the legal field for 10 years and has been with Schwartz & Park, L.L.P. since the firm’s inception. As a lifelong resident of the Hays area, she has strong ties to the community.

Heidi began her legal career as a receptionist, where she was valued for her friendly attitude and excellent organizational skills. Her strengths in communication and her strong work ethic made her perfect to transition into her current position as paralegal and office manager.

Heidi enjoys interacting with Schwartz & Park clients and assisting them with all of their needs. Colleagues and clients consistently praise Heidi's pleasant demeanor and helpfulness, even in highly emotional and difficult situations. Heidi prides herself on maintaining the professional setting of the office as well as assisting clients through all types of difficult situations.

In addition to communicating with clients, Heidi assists in drafting legal documents, scheduling appointments and court dates and managing cases from start to finish. Heidi is always ready to answer client questions and provide information quickly and efficiently. She understands that many clients are going through stressful situations and she strives to make each client's contacts with Schwartz & Park as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Heidi resides in Hays with her husband, Cade, and daughters, Kaisyn and Camdyn. The four of them enjoy spending time together and with their extended families.
