Spencer M. Manning

Spencer Manning is an associate attorney at Schwartz & Park, LLP, where he assists clients with practical, thoughtful legal guidance tailored to their needs. A lifelong Kansan, Spencer was born and raised in Lawrence and developed an early appreciation for community, service, and clear communication.
Spencer earned degrees in political science and Spanish from Fort Hays State University in 2021 before returning to Lawrence to attend the University of Kansas School of Law, where he graduated in 2025. He is admitted to practice law in Kansas and is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and Ellis County Bar Association. Drawn back to western Kansas, Spencer is proud to serve individuals and families throughout the region with respect, humility, and a steady focus on achieving the best possible outcome.
Clients can expect Spencer to be approachable, responsive, and solutions-oriented. He values collaboration and communication, and he works efficiently to help clients understand their options and move forward with confidence. Outside the office, Spencer enjoys reading history and theology, cheering on the Jayhawks and Cornhuskers, and playing pick-up basketball.
