Emily Miller

Emily joined Schwartz & Park as a paralegal in 2026 after earning a bachelor’s degree in
Technology Leadership from Fort Hays State University. A native of Norton, Kansas, she brings a
service-oriented approach to her work and provides clients with organized, compassionate, and
dependable support throughout the legal process.
Committed to building her legal career, Emily approaches each matter with professionalism,
attention to detail, and a focus on fostering positive client relationships.
Emily lives in Hays with her fiancé and their two dogs. Outside the office, she enjoys photography,
attending shooting competitions, and spending time with family.
